How to prepare frozen broccoli

Frozen broccoli is cooked pretty much the same as fresh.

Before cooking, just clean broccoli of ice and snow (if it`s possible). You don`t need to defrost or wash it. Otherwise, it will become a soft ugly mess.

Frozen broccoli is cooked for the same amount of time as fresh. This applies to steaming, boiling, roasting in the oven, and frying.
